Come join us, Your Zen Matters as we start our journey into the Fall and take a moment for Magic and connection. We will be offering a sacred cacao ceremony, Led by Yolanda Phillips Guzman, allowing the magic and mystery of the Cacoa bean to open our hearts and then we will take to the mats for a short and transformational breathwork meditation, as we ask our ancestors and allies to join us as we release the stress of the last few months and reset our neurology, after our breathwork we will be drawing mandalas, letting our creative selves to draw our experiences. We will then move into a closing circle to finish out our afternoon. All are welcome, this is a wonderful way to get a feel for this sacred work and culture of the Mexican people. As we offer our gratitude and open our minds to learn and share.
